Step 1: 30-Minute Discovery Call 

Purpose: Understand your vision, goals, budget, and timeline.

We listen closely, ask targeted questions, and determine how The Foundry Collective can best support your project, whether that’s brand development, operations consulting, creative strategy, or infrastructure setup.

A recap and next steps are recorded and tracked in Zoho CRM. 

Step 2: Proposal & Contract

Timeline: Delivered within 48–72 hours of discovery call

We send a detailed proposal outlining scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and estimated cost. Once approved, we provide a custom contract and initial invoice.

Payment: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure project start.

Step 3: Planning & Onboarding

Timeline: 3–5 business days after contract signing

You’ll receive a kickoff guide and onboarding checklist via Zoho CRM. We finalize timelines, assign team members, and identify any third-party resources (designers, developers, printers, etc.) if needed. We’ll handle sourcing and coordination, you’ll stay informed every step of the way.

Step 4: Production & Execution

Timeline: Varies by project scope (usually 2–6 weeks)

We get to work — combining strategy, creativity, and collaboration. You’ll receive weekly updates through our client portal in Zoho CRM, and we’ll schedule regular check-ins to ensure alignment.

If we’re sourcing outside vendors (e.g., branding, video, tech), we handle contracts and QC with full transparency.

Step 5: Feedback & Revisions

Timeline: 3–7 business days

You review the first draft or prototype and provide consolidated feedback. One to two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise noted in the contract. We refine, enhance, and prepare the final product for delivery or launch.

Step 6: Final Delivery & Wrap-Up

Timeline: 1–3 business days

You’ll receive all final deliverables in your preferred format, along with a project closeout report and optional offboarding session.

Final Payment: Due upon delivery of completed work. Invoices and receipts are logged in Zoho CRM.
